I took my car, 2013 MkS,in to have have a miss or jerking checked.The told me it was a torque converter problem. However they do not repair torque converters.but they charged me $ 139 diagnostics which would checked.The told me it was a torque converter problem. However they do not repair torque converters.but they charged me $ 139 diagnostics which would be refunded if I had the repair done at your facility. I don’t think I should have been charged. I was prepared to have the repair done but you do not do this. Not my fault. More
