Not happy due to being told blah blah is probably the issue before they even looked at the car to investigate. We took the car in and they found there was a recall for an issue unrelated to what we took issue before they even looked at the car to investigate. We took the car in and they found there was a recall for an issue unrelated to what we took it in for…which they fixed and gave the car back as being fixed and said everything should be okay…which is not! I called to tell them the problem it was taken in for was still NOT fixed and they had no notes about what I said we thought the issue was and then said it would be a week before they could look at it again! Poor Customer Service!! More

Going back in tomorrow to have car checked for for the 3rd time since purchased July 1st. The issue was there the day I bought it. Seems like no one knows what they are doing.
