My MKZ was brought in for a recall. When I picked up there was blow back from a paint stall next to where the repair took place. I called back to report but the only person available was p. Excellent service, I load tested my battery on my 2016 MKX. Found a week cell, after loading with my carbon pile to 9.6 Volts the reading fell to 6.1 Volts as battery end of test defective battery. With only 68 miles since we bought the car in mid-October I stopped in and told the service writer the problem. He look at me as I was giving him to much information. Each interaction is disappointing. Have had a rattle in my Nautilus since day 1. Service department still hasnt corrected it. It’s easily heard!
