Worse sale ever I bought a used vehicle at Pohanka Acura from Adam Edwards and I had the worse experience ever. At first we shook hands for the sale of the vehicle fo I bought a used vehicle at Pohanka Acura from Adam Edwards and I had the worse experience ever. At first we shook hands for the sale of the vehicle for $5K and then comes back and tells me that he couldn't do the price after all (that should have been my first sign to walk out from the dealership). But then we agreed on another price of $5300 to include a new filter for the after market air intake and "All weather floor mats". When the paper work was done, he comes back and says that the car won't be ready till the next day, it wasn't. They dropped it off to me a week later and it didn't have air filter or floor mats. So they pick it up "AGAIN" and took it to get everything taken care of. Over two weeks later, they drop off the car "again" with the new filter but no floor mats. I call Adam and he says that he will dropped them off the next day; he never showed up. I called him again and says that he "mailed" them instead but was returned because he misspelled the address and says that he is mailing them again. Now two weeks later today, still no floor mats. Long story short, this guy will tell you anything "you" want to hear just to make a sale but won't follow through with his "word". More
