My wife and I began searching for an Acura SUV, either the RDX or MDX and 2013 or 2014 model years, back in September 2013 with Mr. Yong Kim. Nevertheless, he took the time to show, test drive, and discuss with us some potential options. He also indicated a potential (and quite reasonable) cost that he'd be able to negotiate for a 2014 RDX. Fast forward to Pohanka's winter deals (beginning around Black Friday in November), we were ready to purchase and returned to make the sale, along with a trade-in vehicle. My wife was also having her 2006 Acura serviced that day, but when the estimate for maintenance/repairs came back, we decided on the spur of the moment to trade her car in, and capitalize on their deals and low financing. All through this process, Mr. Kim was very helpful, and not pushy at all. He was very patient, and processed things for us quite efficiently. We were also able to get a freebie accessory approved by the store manager the next day upon Mr. Kim's request as a birthday gift to my wife! Such a great gesture from the folks at Acura!
