I was considering a new Acura TL and Rick was extremely helpful in trying to figure out the best deal and the correct car for me. My wife and I live in Virginia Beach and visited my sister who lives in Chantilly a few weeks ago. We drove by Pohanka Acura one day, and even though we were set on purchasing a Honda Accord or Civic a sister who lives in Chantilly a few weeks ago. We drove by Pohanka Acura one day, and even though we were set on purchasing a Honda Accord or Civic at a local dealership in Virginia Beach, we decided just to look at what Pohanka Acura had to offer. Soon after we started looking at cars, a gentlemen named Demi greeted us. He was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I told Demi that we were just there to kill time and that we were already set to purchase a Honda back home. He seemed to understand and didn't try to talk us out of it. He did ask us a few questions about what we would be using the car for and asked if we could take a look at the new Acura car that had just come out. I thought "Why not...it couldn't hurt". The car he was referring to was the Acura ILX. Personally, I had never heard of it, but then again, it is a new model. After asking us a few questions, Demi knew we were planning on replacing one of our suvs with a car that was somewhat sporty and gas efficient. Having great experiences with Hondas in the past, my wife was dead set on getting a Honda Accord or Civic BUT now had second thoughts after seeing the ILX. The ILX is sleek! To me, it is both sporty and classy and appeared to be in our price range. Since we told him that we wanted a sporty car, Demi informed us that there were add-ons that we could add to make the car even more sportier. Demi showed us the different features of the car. Some of the features he demonstrated for us were the navigation and audio system. He also went over the engine specs with us. After test driving the car, I could sense that my wife really liked the ILX. At this point, it was just a matter of the numbers. Once inside, we met Francis who I believe was the sales manager. Like Demi, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. One thing I wanted to discuss with Francis was adding a rear spoiler to the car. If the price was right, I knew I wanted this addition. During the meeting, we also met Joey who was very helpful in explaining warranty options. After doing a little numbers crunching, Francis was able to put together the right numbers that I was satisfied with and we were well on our way to driving a new car. According to Demi, Pohanka Acura is the #1 Acura dealership in the country and I can see why. The staff is friendly and fun and processed the deal a lot faster than I am accustomed to. What turned out to be a trip to visit my sister, also ended up a trip with a new car. More

Rick was very respectful of my busy schedule and did not waste any time giving me the best price he could. It was such a good price dealers in several other states were telling me it couldn't be true.
