My experience with Pohanka Acura has been absolutely amazing!! I had recently purchased a car from another dealership that I was very unhappy with and felt like I was rushed into the sale. I started off by going to Pohankas website and used the "Online Chat" feature and was connected with Joseph Lackovic. I explained to him that I recently purchased a car (Chevy Sonic) that I have a lot of negative equity on and was interested in leasing a vehicle(TSX). After asking a few more questions he told me that hes going to work on some numbers and will contact me shortly. Within 15-20 minutes I recieved an email from Jospesh with the numbers and they were in my price range that I requested. He asked if I was available to come to the dealership and I definitely was so I went up there. I was greeted by someone at the door who directed me to Josephs desk. He introduced himself & we got to business. We test drove the TSX that I wanted and I loved it. After my car was appraised I was told I was upside down more than I originally thought, so Joey suggested a different car, that was a little bit cheaper than the TSX that I was originally interested in, which was the ILX. I absolutely fell in love with the ILX. I didn't even know much about the car before I was at the dealership but I am so glad that he showed me that car. I approved and said that ill go forward with the ILX and he really worked on the payments with me and answered every question I had. The entire process was very smooth & efficient and I couldnt have asked for a better experience at a dealership.
