Unexpected Experience Thus far for over 3 decades we were owners of Honda. Past Sunday, We had few spare minutes to our appointment at Jaguar and we stopped by at Pohanka for nothing more than just a mere quick glance. Here 4-5 days later we are not only owners of Acura but 2 Acuras just days apart. For most part the credit for earning our business goes to our sales consultant Rakesh (Ricky) Kakkar at Pohanka. Well Supported by the relevant facts he was not only able to convince us that Acura will stand out equally or more competitive to our other car buying options but changed our perception of car sales. Unlike our vast experience of car dealerships and sales consultants in the past he was very customer oriented, courteous, and honest in all of our communication with him and we could clearly visualize through our conversations with him that our best interest was his top priority. Last characteristic is the most hard to find, was the most important factor in our decision to go with him and Pohanka and made us get 2 cars from them in days. Ricky was very transparent from the beginning and kept his senior management actively involved throughout the process to ensure that our exact purchase needs and interest are served to the best and we receive the best of their service. His immediate Senior Manager Sai Mehta was also a very gentle and courteous person and both of them presented themself in a very professional way to best cater to what exactly we were looking for. Our experience dealing with them reveals that Ricky and Sai make a great team together and you get best of best at this dealership. Like us if you are in the market even with a very slim chance of just looking at Acura, I would strongly recommend giving Ricky, Sai and Pohanka a shot and I am certain you will be able to realize every bit of what is said over here for yourself.
