He was very quick to reply to email even though it was the busiest time of year for the dealership. RJ and his manager Tony, patiently spent a great deal of time working together to arrive at a price that I was happy paying for my new 2018 Acura MDX. Both were very personable, and it was very important to them to build a relationship with me as the customer besides making the sale. Outstanding Staff - Yong Kim & Ziad Rahme I recently leased a 2018 Acura RLX from Pohanka Acura. It is the fifth Acura from Pohanka and the third Acura that Yong Kim has been my sales repres I recently leased a 2018 Acura RLX from Pohanka Acura. It is the fifth Acura from Pohanka and the third Acura that Yong Kim has been my sales representative. I have continued to receive very respectful treatment and what I feel have been good deals on the vehicles. I would highly recommend Yong. I began by sending him an email with my request for information on a new 2017 RLX. We had several phone calls to discuss options. Yong was very honest with me about my options. I was quite upside down with my lease on my 2016 TLX. He recommended a 2018 RLX as the incentives were much better. After a test drive with Yong in a 2018 RLX I was very happy with the car. Even though it didn't have all the options that the 2017 RLX Advance had, the deal that I was offered was much more acceptable to me. I believe Yong worked hard with management to work out a deal that was acceptable to both Pohanka and me. They worked hard to keep me as a loyal customer. I've never felt any pressure to close the deal from Yong. I've always felt he is looking out for me and my needs. Yong has always been very friendly and has followed up with phone calls to ensure I was 100% happy with my new car. Many dealerships try to stack on the extras when you complete the paperwork with the financial department. This was not the case with Ziad Rahme. He explained all my options with no pressure at all. I highly recommend the team at Pohanka for your new car and service needs. More
