Elizabeth Kim was the sales representative that helped me out; she was very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and really worked with me to get the best possible deal on my car! I was trading in my BMW, and the staff performed the appraisal while we were taking the test drive in the MDX. The process was seamless, and we were able to complete the trade-in and sale in a very reasonable amount of time. The financial specialist that worked with me was Flip Carleton, and he did a great job of explaining every option of warranty coverage available to me in a friendly and laid-back way. Not once did I feel pressured during the process of buying my car at Pohanka, and Elizabeth and Flip really made it a comfortable experience all around.
