It was a big, scary purchase for us, and it was a big deal to get that kind of money together-- but Ms. Kim was very helpful and I was especially appreciative that she gave us time to ourselves so that we could talk about it and be really, really, REALLY sure we were ready to make the purchase. She also met us at the dealership on a Sunday morning (our only available time), and helped us make sure the purchase stayed in our budget. In the scheme of things, this was an inexpensive, high-mileage older car: a small sale. Why you should not buy your car from pohanka acura I have recently bought a used car from pohanka Acura. I thought they were selling me a good item, but it turns out they lied to me. They told me that I have recently bought a used car from pohanka Acura. I thought they were selling me a good item, but it turns out they lied to me. They told me that their cars were inspected thoroughly and they fix everything. But, they did not inspect the car thoroughly because the car did not pass my state's inspection and it was required to be fixed to pass the inspection. It was a major thing, so I am very angry that they told me that the car was in perfect shape. I do not recommend you buying a car here because you do not know what you're buying, also the finance manager was not even nice. The finance manager was only focused on getting the deal done, rather than taking care of the customer. For your safety and everything, don't waste your money here. I can say that at most dealerships that we visited, when we said we were just looking, the salesperson would say "OK, but if you need anything, I'll be around", then we would never see that person again. Not RJ, he continued to ask us questions about the vehicles we had looked at, what we liked or didn't like about them. Both my wife and myself found RJ easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about Acura. He was even forthcoming when he didn't have an answer to our questions and asking a fellow sales person for help. I find that very refreshing. We found ourselves taking a test drive in the MDX. My wife was delighted with how it handled and it's ride leaving me satisfied. Our visit ended with us telling RJ that we wanted to test drive other car brands and that if we were still interested, we would return. We test drove a few other brands, but none that we were overly excited about. During that time, RJ kept in touch but was never annoying answer all questions I had. I began being interested in a hybrid which RJ was able to answer all my questions since I knew next to nothing. We returned a week later, test drove a hybrid and excited about the prospect of owning one. Now was the time to talk price. RJ was very professional, never being overly aggressive or unreasonable and listening to all our concerns and counter offers. In the end, we were very pleased with the deal we made. Overall, our experience with RJ and the dealership was very pleasing. As a final note, the more I drive the MDX, the more I love it. More
