The entire experience, from the time we walked in with only a "notional" idea of the purchase we had in mind, up to the point, 3 days later, when we drove away in my brand-new, accessorized TLX, was a top-notch one, both worry & hassle-free. The entire dealership works like clock-work; the negotiations were well-focused, and the sales consultant, Joseph, as well as others in the sales & finance departments were extremely professional & courteous, and very eager to help us out along the way in "sealing" a deal that was conducive to the customer. Everything was explained to us in easily understandable language. The car was delivered in immaculate condition with the as-discussed accessories added, and in the delivery time-frame discussed. Joseph, our Sales Consultant, was extremely professional right through-out the entire experience. He very patiently answered all our questions about the car and its features, painstakingly explained various capabilities of the car as we took a test-drive, and post purchase, kept us informed every step of the way over the next couple of days while the car was being detailed and "accessorized". I really appreciated the follow-up "texts" that Joseph sent us informing of where the car was in the process along the way to delivery to us. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Joseph even made it a point to introduce us to the Service Department manager.
