They always explain the service you need and give you a price and time estimate up front. They have flexible hours, provide a loaner car if necessary, and they always wash your car. We recently decided to replace my 2007 Acura, we looked at 7 makes and visited 9 dealerships. Joseph, one of the most knowledgeable sales people we met with. He was able to demonstrate all the function and features of the different models we were considering. One would expect that, but he also asked us what functionality was important to us and compared and contrasted the different models. He didn't pressure us, but was available anytime we wanted to come back and look the different models. Once we decided on the car, the purchase process was smooth and no longer than any other we experienced. After we traded in our old car, we realized we left our CDs in the car - Joseph went and found them and held them for us until we could pick them up. He spent an hour with me after the purchase and showed me how to use all of the technology features in the car. He even called a few weeks after the sale to see how we liked the car. A great company with great sales and service personnel! More

The excellent customer service provided bu Joseph resulted in my purchasing the vehicle, Jospeh remained involved and helpful throughout the process and which is not so surprising for a sales person, however what was more surprising was his avaialbility and eagerness to assist after I had purchased the vehicle and needed to have some after sales assistance on the vehicle.
