Great and Friendly Dealership Experience The car buying experience at Pohanka was great!! We visited Pohanka Acura back in February and were met by sales associate Elizabeth Kim. She greete The car buying experience at Pohanka was great!! We visited Pohanka Acura back in February and were met by sales associate Elizabeth Kim. She greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly put us at ease. She asked what we were looking for and offered us a test drive of a new TLX. We completed the test drive and then informed Elizabeth that we weren't ready to purchase. She asked if she could stay in touch and we said that would be fine. She continued to contact us at least once a month for the next several months. We were finally ready in August and met with Elizabeth again and were able to close a deal on a new TLX. The process that evening took only a few hours. Everyone at the dealership were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second new Acura we've purchased from Pohanka, and it won't be the last. I would certainly recommend Pohanka Acura to anyone looking for a new car! More
