I had received poor experience at another dealership close to my home but after Yong's friendly approach, I decided to check out the Pohanka Acura dealership in Chantilly. It was an amazing experience. The offer to purchase was exactly what he presented me with before coming in. The only surprise was that Acura was able to match my already low interest rate that I received from Navy Federal Credit Union. It was a deal that I could not walk away from! After purchase, Yong spent time giving me an introduction and setting me up with all the new features in my car. I drove home with the understanding of the different features and the great feeling that I received an amazing deal. While there, the General Manager (Lenny Gonzales) introduced himself to me and thanked me for my business. It was an unexpected and sincere gesture that made me feel truly appreciated for being a customer.
