I worked with Ziad Rahme and he was very prompt to answer my emails and any questions I had about the MDX I was interested in. I had to drive 85 miles to see the car and test drive it with my three children. When I arrived, he had the vehicle out front waiting for me. My children were a little hungry after our long drive and Ziad graciously brought out snacks and drinks for them while we were filling out paperwork. The process was very smooth, I got a great deal on the MDX and a good value on my trade in. They were able to get me a much better interest rate than my previous loan, the whole process was complete in about 2 hours. I highly recommend Pohanka Acura to any prospective buyer.
