For example, I told them I did not need a lengthy sales pitch or description of the vehicle so they backed off. They provided a car for me to test and it was waiting for me at the dealer with my name on it. Their financial offer was far and away the best deal I could have imagined even after all my research. It was an easy decision and they got the exact car I wanted. They stayed late to accommodate my schedule and let me keep my old car parked in their lot for 4 days as a courtesy. They were not "fake" and were very transparent regarding costs and process. I recommend them highly. More

Very difficult to work with I did my homework on a car I wanted. Did my research and had firm prices from Tysons and Chantilly Honda. I wanted to by the car from Pohanka but th I did my homework on a car I wanted. Did my research and had firm prices from Tysons and Chantilly Honda. I wanted to by the car from Pohanka but they couldn't even come close. I showed them their advertised price but they insisted either the dealer didn't have the car or couldn't sell me the car at that price. Oh boy were they wrong. Justin at Chantilly Honda was absolutely great to work with, had the car I wanted in 2 days and no BS. I am very dissapointed with Pohanka and their inability to be flexible and competitive. I would like to do business in my home town but I will certainly drive 1 hour to get the same car at $1800 less. More
