Terry won our loyalty and trust by his professionalism, availability, efficiency, dedication, and genuineness. Throughout the two months, Terry had spoken to me several times on the phone, addressing all my questions, and they weren’t all easy! If he didn’t know the answer at the time, he’d call back within a couple of days. Though Terry worked hard and was a dedicated salesman, he was never pushy and even presented lower priced options. In addition, Terry is the type of salesman who keeps in touch with you from the beginning to the end of the sales process. Two months after the purchase of our vehicles, he is still calling and keeping the lines of communication open for any concerns or questions we still may have! Incredible.
