He is a pleasant and knowledgeable employee, attentive to our needs, as he treated us as if we were the only prospective buyers in the dealership. Every feature of the car was demonstrated to us and all warranty and extended warranty information was explained. We were even taken on a tour of this state of the art sales and service facility and introduced to employees we may come in contact with in the future. I never have liked shopping for cars and dealing with sales people but this was a refreshing refreshing experience for my wife and myself. More

Additionally, we maintained all of our vehicles with Pohanka of Fredericksburg service center and have established a trusted relationship with Micheal Kut. In September 2014, our daughter totaled her vehicle. I contacted Chris Hayden as we were in the market for a used vehicle. We were provided information about a used car that may have been of interest. Chris Hayden and Tim Willis treated us as if though we were purchasing a top-of-the-line luxury vehicle. I receive the same OUTSTANDING treatment when I'm purchasing a vehicle or servicing a vehicle. My husband and I do extensive research before purchasing used vehicles, and Chris Hayden and Tim Willis were able to address all of our concerns with the utmost professionalism. When the Sales Manager (Tim Willis) came to Chris Hayden's area to speak with us about the vehicle, I thought to myself, "Customer Care at it's FINEST." I had been searching for a particular car that I was interested in and pohanka hadn't had any, otherwise they would have been my first stop due to the fact that my last car was purchased from them and two other cars in the family had been as well. Pohanka offered me the best deal on my trade in, I knew I was leaving with the used car I went in to buy. After much deliberation, I decided to get a new 2014 civic si. Not only was I impressed with the level of professionalism, but the personal interaction was great as well. Mike Ross was very patient and understanding. He listened to my wants and needs and worked with me on many levels. So much so that he actually took the time to teach me how to drive my new stick shift. I was very impressed. I took up about 7 hours of his day but he didn't care how long it took, as long as I left happy and in the car I wanted. The finance team was outstanding as well. After I had signed the contract, another wonderful team member came in and said they were able to get me a lower APR. I was very appreciative. This happened with the last car I bought as well. I received a phone call from them saying that another bank (not through honda) had a better offer. All of the associates were very polite and helpful. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!! You'll be in good hands!! More

Mark approached us and right away discovered our WIN's (wants, interests and needs). He also was very thorough in explaining the FAB's (features, advantages and benefits) of the Pilot and Civic, as well as the extended warranty plans. He was very good at acknowledging what features we wanted but always kept in mind the financial goals of our purchase to what we could afford and never made us feel pressured.
