We purchased a certified used Honda thru the USAA car buying program. Carlo was very professional and knowledgable from our initial contact. I pretty much had the car I wanted in mind. I loved my 2003 Honda Accord and wanted to check out the 2013 model ( absolutely must be red.). Judaea Horn was wonderful to work with. She treated me like I was a friend, not just a customer. I was disheartened shen she told me there were no red Accords on the lot. She went out of her way to locate one for me and I was able to pick it up a few days later. I'm not sure I would have bought a car that day had it not been for Judaea. The price on our vehicle was $430. less than local , Virginia Beach ,dealerships could offer and we think that is worth more than 4 free oil changes/state inspections for life. Honda builds a quality automobile and with the basic vehicle bumper to bumper warranty honored at any Honda dealership, we feel that if we got a "lemon" we would know soon enough and deal with it locally. I want to commend the following members of the sales staff at Pohanka Honda; Cliff Jackson, Tamika Morefield, and Dean Stemple. We dealt with Cliff and Tamika by phone and email to buy the vehicle, we had test drove a comparable vehicle locally, and they were both very friendly/informed/accommodating . Cliff graciously fine tuned our choice of the vehicle by ordering pin striping and mud flaps We had Tamika as our delivery rep and she was very pleasant in setting up the sales agreement and prepping the car with cell phone set up and vehicle operation overview. Dean was the finance manager and he did a wonderful job of informing us of the dealer options for; warranty extension, paint/dent /lost key/glass etch/tire+rim replacement and was a good balance of salesman and educator. He also served us well in expediting the Va Registration and vehicle purchase documents. We have bought many cars for ourselves and our children.
