I have a seven year relationship with Pohanka of Fredericksburg. I have purchased two Odysseys, have all my service done there, and have used their body shop. I'm looking forward to trying out the new massage chairs on my next service visit. Devonna was my sales person and she is energetic, enthusiastic and could sell swimsuits in Antarctica. She is a joy to work with. The price was fair and the dealership even added some accessories at no extra cost. I recommended Pohanka to my parents and they have purchased two Odysseys from Pohanka, even though they are 5 miles from another Honda dealer and 80 from Pohanka. I just recently purchased a 2010 Honda Civic LX 2DR Coupe from Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. My experience with them was fantastic. As doing such I was required to submit my information to 3 dealerships within my area. Not only did I get the car for $2,100 cheaper than the other dealerships, but I was on the lot filing paperwork with them before the other 2 dealerships had even contacted me. The sheer speed of the service was very impressive. I drove 80 miles through D.C. traffic to get there and it was well worth the trip. Tony Camper was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable. Most sales reps I spoke with in the past were only interested in closing the deal as quickly as possible. I didn't get that feeling from Tony. He seemed genuinely concerned with my needs and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Despite some technical problems we had with the USAA Loan Department he was very patient with me in dealing with USAA. The dealership closed at 10pm and we were there until almost midnight working to close the deal, now that’s dedication. All in all I had a very good experience with Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg and am glad I made the trip to do business with them. More

No kidding, you guys are unlike any dealership I've ever heard of, much less ever been to. It felt too good to be true throughout the negotiation because the price beat out every other price in the country by about 2000 dollars (its true, I checked Truecar.com), excluding one other dealership that came close on price but put off a really bad vibe. I 'waited for the other shoe to drop', but it never did. Kudos to you and your whole team. You made it a pleasure, and I will be reviewing your dealership with fireworks every chance that I get, both online and in-person. If I were more computer savvy, I'd host a website in tribute to you guys. Thanks again for such a great deal and real respect as a customer.
