At first I thought the posting was a little too good to be true but then I engaged in communications with Aubrey through email. He made the process very simple and answered all my questions. I did all my negotiations through email and it was the easy purchase of a new vehicle I've ever been involved with. Aubrey was very polite and professional from start to finish and he delivered my vehicle as promised. The entire dealership was very polite and professional and I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know. I had been shopping for a Honda Pilot for about two months and had been to many dealerships looking at the different models, amenities, and prices. Pohanka Honda is almost 55 minutes away(the complete opposite side of DC from us)and not very convenient for us to get to nor easy, however after it was all said and done; Aubrey made it well worth it. He was extremely professional, upfront with any and all fees, quick to get back to me and made the whole process fun. Yes, a car salesman that made the transaction fun! Not too many places or people you can say that about but from one salesman to another, he has a bright future in whatever he does. I highly suggest him to anyone in the DC metro area no matter how long the drive. It is worth the peace of mind knowing you're not dealing with the stereo-typical car salesman. More

I had a great experience at Pohanka. I'm a USAA member and used their auto buying service to get prices on a Honda Pilot. The best price was Pohanka in Fredericksburg (by far). I called them, but they wanted to charge extra fees (a $500 locator fee + $399 doc fee), so I could get the price quoted through USAA. This really turned me off. I thought this was crap (not to mention a bit of a bait and switch), so I emailed the price quote from USAA to Aubrey at Pohanka Honda at Marlow Heights. I found him via a craigslist posting. He got darn close to the price USAA quoted (especially when you add-in the other dealer's junk fees) and managed to get me a more than reasonable price for my trade-in. He worked hard to get the color we wanted, and stayed late one night so we could take delivery of the car in time for a trip. I'd recommend Aubrey and Pohanka (in Marlow Heights). I've referred friends and colleagues to him, and have NEVER done that after previous purchases at other dealerships. More

Pohanka gave us the best online quote BY FAR of the 8 or so that we received, and it was a great price for the car that we wanted. I purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey a few days ago. It was an unusually painless experience for me. I just recently traded in my Clunker @ Pohanka Honda in Marlow Heights. I was a little nervous at first. NEVER go to this dealership! its the worst! I came in there on a saturday inquiring about a car I wanted and a car they said they had and can get. Nope... they didnt have it. They apparently "misquoted" me and did not honor anything they told me. I then went to Landmark Honda in Alexandria, VA that found the car i wanted and worked hard to get me a deal and get me what I want. I left the same day with my beautiful Accord EX-L coupe w/ NAVI and manual transmission. EVERYTHING i wanted and more. Greg Leake from POHANKA then emailed me... please tell me this is professional...LOL "Ellen, First, let me start by saying that I called you to let you know about the mix up, and you never return any of my calls, prior to you coming in, and as I recall when I got back from vacation, you had admitted to my manager that you got the messege, and you didn't return my calls. Second, I went above and beyond, and was VERY attentive to to your needs, and your wants, which in your case out wade your needs.
