I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon from Pohanka Hyundai back in February 2012. The sales rep I dealt with was Amanda Brandt. The whole process was fine. My youngest, insisting that Amanda carry her around. They ask to go back to the dealership just to visit her now. What is really impressive though, I recently had to have the vehicle serviced and had some issues with a rental car arrangement. I discovered the discrepancy after hours but wanted to get off a quick e-mail to Pohanka. The only e-mail address I had was Amanda's. I fired my e-mail out to her at about 11:00 pm. I asked that she forward a message from me to the service department. She actually responded to me within 30 minutes. I did not expect that. I sent a thank you and she responded, once again. Bear in mind this was after hours. Way after hours. I can't think of any other sales rep that would do that. I would definitely refer people to Amanda Brandt and do business with her again, myself. I searched 5 dealers and got a good price for what I wanted. Pohanka's price was a touch more but had more features and they were very reasonable with their price. Had visited dealership prior and spoke with Amanda, explaining that we were't sure what make of car we wanted- Went back 4 months later - Amanda remembered us and helped us again. Test drove the Tuscon and decided that was our preference. The initial visit was to decide which car I preferred- comparing hers to others we had looked at. On second visit- she had just the color and style we were interested in and we made the deal. We were surprised she remembered out first visit. We have been back to the dealership for oil changes, etc. and she always finds time to chat and insure that everything is going well with my car. I wasn't sure I wanted a Hyundai over a Mitsubishi- but I am so pleased with my car. We made a great choice of both salesperson and dealership. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant, from financing, service and sales. Will be a repear purchaser when needed. Will definately refer people that we know to Amanda that are car searching. She is a lovely young girl and quite motivated- which is great from a young person these days. More
