Well, everything from the entrance to the exit was perfect. I liked the busy atmosphere there, every one was doing their job and every customer was handled professionally. My handler was Lagii Moore. She is so caring and friendly. Also she showed me how to program my FM tunes. I didn't know about that even i was driving that car 2 years. Anyway, I liked the people people over there. More

The Service Department is large and inviting, with waiting rooms with computers, large screen TVs, and massage chairs. There's a quiet room as well where you can work. The Service Department stresses QUALITY. The workmanship is always excellent, and fairly priced. More

The best service ever My ES300 has over 171 thousand miles on it... All my service is thanks to Pohanka Lexus. Mitch has always helped me and with out fail last week again.
