We go out of our way to get Ala as our service advisor as he always is very knowledgable, takes time to work with us including reasons for work needed and like Peter works hard to get us a fair deal on price. The true test of service is not the small repairs but the major ones. Today was a major one but Ala did his usual outstanding job and it was a good experience. We came to Pohanka from a Toyota dealer we had been with for 14 years and 11 vehicles. It was because of such sales/service as above. More
