Arriving at Pohanka, my car was quickly checked in. Reza explained every step of the way what the repair team found and which repairs were necessary and why. It's always disappointing to have to spend money to repair your car, but understanding why something went wrong and then being given options for how to resolve it makes the customer feel empowered instead of a victim. Every step of the repairs, I received updates. When the car was repaired, I was able to pay over the phone and simply drive to the service center and pick up my car without waiting in line.
