I love going to the pohanka service center because their customer service honestly makes me feel like a guest in a friends home. I used to live very close to pohanka Lexus making the drive very quick and convenient with their walk in availability but I've recently to Alexandria and now am only about 3 miles from Lindsey. I've been to Lindsey Lexus one time and the whole time I was there I felt like they were paying more attention to my wallet than me and doing everything they could to make me spend more money. At pohanka that's not the case. The service consultants there are genuine and actually care about my well being and the safe drivability of my car, they don't make things up in order to get me to buy stuff. My most recent service I had the pleasure of being helped out by Amber, she was absolutely amazing and let me know exactly what was going on with my car and the best courses of action to take in order to maintain my cars safety. She was very genuine with her explanations and seemed to really care about me. Let's just say I'm very happy to make the 40 minute drive down to chantilly just to be able to have my Lexus serviced at Pohanka More
