Troy Riley immediately I’ve bought two cars from Pohanka Lexus and I’ve serviced each car there for over 10 years. I my last I must say was excellent! Troy Riley immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in through the door. I told him what the issue was with my car. A kick panel on the passenger side had come off and I wasn’t sure how to put it back on. He walked out with me and within a few seconds he installed it and made sure it was secure. I asked how much and he didn’t charge me a thing. To be honest, I felt like a fool. I’m really glad Troy was there to take care of it. I actually have to bring my vehicle back in for it service so I’ll definitely be coming back to see Troy again. Quick excellent service! Keep up the good work! More
