Consecutive servicing of two Lexus's As it turned out, I needed to bring in both of our Lexus's within the same week. As always, service was first rate. Needed repairs were done quickly and correctly, and a thorough review of our cars also revealed additional issues needing correction. On my wife's car, for example, all tires were (basically) worn down to below the recommended safe levels, requiring immediate replacement. This was done on this visit, including a comprehensive 4-wheel alignment. I've been having my Lexus service work done at Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly for many years, beginning with our purchase of both cars there. We have always been pleased with the care, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness of their sales, service management, and repair capabilities. And, as a bonus, no pre-appointments are necessary. Just come in and get all needed work done very quickly, Note: If a problem is encountered which will require more than a minimal amount of time to repair, Lexus always offers to provide a loaner vehicle, so that you do not have to wait.
