Pohanka Lexus Chantilly

I bought a 2022 RCF from Pohanka Lexus. It was delivered by truck and was dirty as the driver stated he hit a few storms on his way to Florida.. I understood but I noticed the next day it had a ding in the driver rear panel. I emailed multiple times to be told they are going to get with the transport company. Well it’s an 80k car so I went to Lexus of melbourne and their paintless ding repair guy fixed the ding but the ding was down to the metal. So in order to make it right they said I had to go to a body shop for which they recommended but I still have yet to hear from my salesman shavan. The purchase was in February. More
