I walked into your dealership and stood behind a line in front of two of your service writers who was talking to each other. I literally stood there for approximately 7-8 minutes. NO ONE said anything to me front of two of your service writers who was talking to each other. I literally stood there for approximately 7-8 minutes. NO ONE said anything to me or acknowledge that I was standing there. I just couldn’t believe it. You need to develop a system as to when a customer walks in they are assigned a writer. Standing and waiting is no the way!! I felt so disrespected. Why should I pay for that. I would prefer to go to another dealership that has a better system in place. If the service writers are supposed to greet you then they dropped the ball because they must feel the job is more important then the customer that’s paying for the service. This has to be fixed sooner then later. More
