Taryn was great to work with. She was not pushy at all which is what I typically get going into a dealership. When we left and she had to have us meet her manager, he also was very polite and did not hav which is what I typically get going into a dealership. My whole experience was great. Taryn was very prompt with phone calls, had great follow up, and when we had a problem syncing my blackberry to the bluetooth in the car she continually tried to find the answers and follow up with me at home to make sure it was going OK. Which we are still working on. I would definatley recommend Taryn to a friend. She was great! More

They sold my Mom a 2009 Honda Accord for thousands over Kelly Blue Book (keep in mind dealers go by the Black Book - much lower). Gave her a SIX (6) year loan at 12%. Total cost for a $14,000 car ------> $29,000. BE WARNED and tell your mom to stay far away from these guys. Be a better son then me, do not let your mom go car shopping without you. More

My experience purchasing my 2011 Honda Odyssey was everything I expected and then some at Pompano Honda. I was offer through mail a $9.95 oil change. I though it was because I bought the car there! I agree to it and made an appt to come in. I would have never thought this would turn into my worst experience go was because I bought the car there! I agree to it and made an appt to come in. Even before they started. the guy, Mike (service consultant and tech) came saying that my car need it some repairs to tires and brakes. I had to get to work and I kindly told him I would come back Saturday. He instead told me my car was already being work on. To find out later all he did was open the hood of the car and was still lying where I had left it before. Short Story, my $9.95 oil change turn out to be a $600.00 bill. I would never ever step or buy a car or come close to this place! Please beware!! all they did was laugh like look I got this person good!! More

Maxime Pierre (Max)was a very informative and helpful salesman. We negotiated a fair price, and he took all necessary steps to ensure that the time it took to complete the transaction was swift. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle, the leasing agreement, and my trade in. Max was professional and respectful in taking care of all the details of the transaction. Max was also a nice guy whom I would recommend to any of my friends and family if they needed to buy or lease a new vehicle. As an aside, the dealership has great coffee that they offer for free!
