We used the Costco purchase plan and we were very satisfied. We dealt with several sales people from Chuck, Laura and Albert Bruno. When we first entered the dealership and asked to talk to Cesar, we were turned over to a trainee who really was not ready to deal with prospective customers. We sat for over an hour before Al Bruno took over the discussion. At that time everything changed. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and cooperative. We feel we got the car we wanted at a very good price. Our only complaint is that the process took an extremely long time. We were there from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, a lot longer than was necessary. Al Bruno went out of his way to explain all the new technology on the car and even came to our home to program our car with our garage opener. Yesterday evening, I made a decision to BEGIN looking for a vehicle. I went online, and within less than 10 minutes, I received a call from Randall at Pompano Honda. My salesman, Max, was confident, friendly, and knowledgeable! He told me I had to look no farther than Pompano Honda for a new car. I took a test drive, and I loved the vehicle immediately. He had been right! I found the car I wanted! Within minutes, he worked his fingers to the bone to get me a price I could afford. Max then introduced me to the finance guy, Armad. I never saw such hard working people before! The finance guy was reassuring and by far the nicest finance person I've ever dealt with before! I was so comfortable with my sales person and finance guy, that I am sure I will never go anywhere else for service or sales. Pompano Honda receives an A+++++++ in my book!
