We walked in to Pompano Honda after an unpleasant experience at another dealership earlier that week. We expressed our desire for a simple, non-hassle transcation and that is exactly what we found. We have never gone in and walked out with a vehicle in one visit but the service and no nonsense attitude of this transcation made that possible. More

The price and deal were done (most) before I came into dealership. The salesmanger Ceasar, and Dave Reeves, were very easy to work with. In othere Business managers at othere dealers, they speak to you with very little respect and all they want is to make additional money off you but, with Rick, he was no pressure and a streight shooter. We came to the dealership for service on a 2004 CR-V and while waiting for a loaner car we decided to check out the new models. Christie Starke had my wife drive two demos and my wife really liked the Cros while waiting for a loaner car we decided to check out the new models. Christie Starke had my wife drive two demos and my wife really liked the Crosstour. We left the dealership and began to research the vehicle on the Internet and in the process we requested pricing quotes from other dealers in the area. Christie stayed in touch with us and promptly responded to all our questions. We essentially negotiated the final price over the Internet and telephone including the trade-in value of my wife's CR-V. Christie had to serve as the sole interface to all of the parties involved because we refused to return to the dealership unless we had an agreement on a price "out the door" for the new vehicle less our trade-in. We rejected the initial offer for our CR-V and we showed Christie that our valuation of the car was supported by Kelley Blue Book (www.kbb.com). She was able to use this information to get Alfred to revise the offer and we agreed to a deal on Monday. There was a minor glitch on Tuesday regarding mud guards and protective body side molding which was eventually resolved with a "We Owe" form. I would like to point out that Pompano Honda was not the lowest bidder. We received four bids for the car and one was about $200 lower than Pompano Honda assuming that that dealer would pay the same amount as Pompano Honda for our trade-in which they had never seen since it was being repaired at Pompano Honda. My wife and I agreed that because of the extraordinary effort that Christie Starke had put in to closing this deal coupled with the anticipated hassle of starting this process all over again with a dealer about 20 miles further away, that we should give our business to Christie as a thank you for all the work she had done on our behalf.
