But, I did appreciate them both making the time and the effort to ask me. Finally the least pleasant part/person in the new car purchasing process is dealing with the finance manager/department. Not at Hendrick. Julio Cortes the Finance Manager was a great guy. He was Customer focused and showed a great deal of respect for me and my time. Ultimately, Charlie scored the points with me, but the rest of the Hendrick Honda Team get the assists. This comes from someone would prefer a root canal to going to a car dealership.
