Joseph Jean immediately met me at the entrance of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach I had the pleasure of being helped by an angel Sunday, March 20, 2022. Joseph Jean immediately met me at the entrance of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach and greeted me like family. Earlier that week I was overwhelmed by car trouble and dealerships not handling customers with care. I was able to explain to Jean the exact car I wanted and all the specs that were necessary for my lifestyle. Boy did he listen! He allowed me to test drive a vehicle that was similar to what I wanted and explained all the features and extras that would come standard if I chose to order through this dealership. Jean made an unbelievable deal and I signed on the dotted line! The car is a dream, runs amazing, and the price point is perfect for me. Jean has been there for me every step of the way! Once I picked up the car, he has made the effort to see how I have been enjoying the car and reminded me of the wealth of support offered by Pompano Beach Honda.
