Been dealing with pompano/Hendrick for many years & this was 1st time I had an issue with service. My car had under 25,000 miles & for some unknown reason they changed my spark plugs which were never part o was 1st time I had an issue with service. My car had under 25,000 miles & for some unknown reason they changed my spark plugs which were never part of any conversation. I checked with 2 other Honda dealers who told me you change them at around 100,000 miles. Tom Brothers was terrific in getting this issue taken care of. Thanks Tom More

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. As always, there is always something else that needs to be addressed. Which is fine, my car is almost 10 years old. The wait wasn't long. Reasonable pricing as far as going to the dealer. I deducted a star because they don't wash your car after service?! IF it was an option, it wasn't offered. More
