There has never been a moment of "doubt" that we are being properly taken care of, from the moment we walk in the door till we drive out with our new vehicle---everything done with a smile and in a professional manner. My wife is edgy when it comes to spending money but Carlos put her at ease with his gift for being an excellent salesman, explaining everything from A to Z, including setting up and explaining to Ginny the use of the Bluetooth mechanism associated with her I-phone.
