This is my second car ( Honda) leased at this location and I must say that the customer experience was great both times. As a retired CEO of a large hospital in New York, I think I am a good judge of caring and motivated employees and what elements make up good service.The knowledge base and people skills were in evidence throughout by the caring individuals cited above. John Resnick was my first contact( via email) and, he met me as agreed very cordially along with Mansur Khawaja. An immediate rapport was established and I felt comfortable and a sincerity that these folks would work with me to a mutually beneficial end. I felt no to low pressure and only greater confidence gained from the maturity and experience level I sensed in both gentlemen, underscore gentlemen! Understanding the division of labor, Mansur and John worked together and separately to craft the best deal and the best car. They were especially patient and understanding as they worked with me while I was getting repeated counseling from an absent( and tough) negotiating partner( my wife ) who happened to be in New York. She was making sure I did not misstep.I did not. Besides getting a beautiful 2013 totally tricked out Civic, she was pleased that I had negotiated a little and was treated very fairly which is another noteworthy positive and takeaway, oftentimes not found in dealerships. The exact car was quickly sourced; it was ready as scheduled; there were no surprises. Your credit/closer, Ned, was equally professional, competent and cordial so ,on whole, I give high marks to your associates who should all be reinforced because they are all a credit to your company. A few weeks ago my car broke in the middle of the road. I got towed to the closest dealership which was this one. I was helped by Justin Fernadez. He scheduled the appointment and assisted with that service as well. During the process, he would contact me to let me know about the status of the job and when I could pick up the car. That is customer service. My car is in very good conditions now and looks like new. Justin Fernandez has great customer service skills and that made the stressful situation I went through a bit less stressful. I appreciate the attention. I brought my vehicle in for the suspension component recall. Shortly in to my wait time Erica asked to speak with me. I couldn't believe my ears when she said they were going to paint my car & provide a recall. Shortly in to my wait time Erica asked to speak with me. We walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Justin and Liz in the service department and they were FANTASTIC! They were friendly, honest and not pushy. The sales team was horrible.....as soon as we walked into the showroom they tried to sell us a car. We sat down and we were, $2000 upside down and if I leased a car, my monthly note would have gone up $125! Meanwhile on their website, it talks about leasing the same car that we were interested with 0 money down for $150 less than what I pay now! I will not go back there to buy or lease a car........only for the service department. Bonnie More

Unfortunate circumstances put me in the market for a vehicle. I had visited a couple of dealerships prior to going to Hendrick Honda as well as contacted (via phone/computer) many others. I wasn't terri vehicle. I had visited a couple of dealerships prior to going to Hendrick Honda as well as contacted (via phone/computer) many others. I wasn't terribly impressed with the other dealerships or staff I encountered. I called Hendrick Honda to inquire about a vehicle that I saw online. I was told that the vehicle was available and invited (not coerced) to come take a look at it. The gentleman I spoke to, David Emmer, was friendly and put no pressure on me. Upon getting to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Elie Hage. In addition, a manager, Chuck, came out to "welcome me". Elie and I went on a test drive. During the drive Elie and I had a nice conversation (about random stuff). There was no pressure whatsoever. We got back to the dealership and sat down to briefly talk. Again, there was no pressure. I was informed of my options and the rest was up to me to decide what if anything I wanted to do. I decided to "think about it" and thanked Elie for his time. Before I left, another manager, Clint, came out to thank me for coming in and said that if there was anything he could do to assist, just let him know. I left the dealership (I was on my lunch break, took maybe 35 minutes top). I returned to work and went about my day. Over the course of the next couple hours, I was contacted by other dealerships. However, the approach that these other salespeople used was very...harsh...for lack of a better word. I decided that I was going to get the vehicle from Elie Hage at Hendrick Honda. I left a voicemail for Elie, and he called me back within a reasonable time. We spoke briefly, and Elie said he would call me back with some information. I told Elie that I had a 1 hour window to take his call. Well, Elie called within that window to give me the information and we arranged for me to come to the dealership that evening. Upon returning to the dealership Elie was great at getting all of the paperwork out of the way. Once that was finished I worked with the finance guy, Ronnie. Ronnie was also very pleasant, friendly and efficient. I arranged with Elie to come pick the car up the following evening, which was Elie's day off. Elie was very accommodating and said he would meet me at the dealership. We communicated a couple of times the next day to confirm my arrival time. I picked my car up the next evening, and Elie went out of his way to meet my family (they were waiting in the parking lot). Elie and I spent some more time talking, and then I was on my way. In the days following the purchase Elie followed up with me a few times to thank me for my business and make sure everything was going well. Overall, this has been a great car buying experience. I didn't feel pressured at all. Elie Hage was wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone I encountered was very nice and made me feel comfortable. If you are in the market for a vehicle, Hendrick Honda is the place to go. More
