I must say that buying cars is one of the things I dread most in life. At other dealers in my past I have had the sales team and the finance team try to push me into something I dont want or need. Darren was a super nice guy. He went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for, going as far as having to find another model to show me the colors in the accord I wanted to buy. Although I had purchased three vehicles’ in the past 18 months at this dealership, when I received a call from Mansur it was greeted with great skepticism. He had called on Thursday offering to take my 20 months at this dealership, when I received a call from Mansur it was greeted with great skepticism. He had called on Thursday offering to take my 2010 CR-V in for a trade on a 2012 at the same payment. I was so doubtful that I called first thing Saturday to cancel my appointment but he reassured me it could be done. I arrived at the agreed time and Mansur was there to greet us, which was a plus because you usually have to wait around. He was very businesslike but also very friendly at the same time. The entire took less than one hour, which is unheard of, plus it was totally painless. I attribute it totally to our salesman. More
