We originally stopped by this Honda dealership on a Thursday night a little after 8pm. He answered all our questions honestly and didn't give us the runaround on anything. This is why we came back that weekend to purchase/trade in a car. They had limited Civics in stock so they spent an hour or so making phone calls trying to find another color at any other dealership, and Tom did as much paperwork as he could in the meantime, and helped us entertain the kids. When we decided to try the Fit he was great about taking us for a test drive and finding the exact one we wanted on the lot. We loved this car buying experience! It was no pressure, everyone was up front and clear about everything and we never once felt we were getting the run around. Tom was a great salesperson to deal with, and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. And I totally love this car! More

I found the whole process of purchasing the car was very straightforward and efficient. I was treated very cordially throughout. The team members that I interacted with with very kind and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. I have only one negative comment about this process. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been contacted 3 times for evaluations about the experience - once by phone and twice by emal. I would recommend that you only contact customer's once after making a purchase. Three times is too much. More

I feel that this dealership values my loyalty and that is why my wife and I have continued to lease our vehicles here, and will into the future, as long as we are living in this area. With regard to Max specifically, I found him to be extremely polite and professional. He has an aura of competence so I was confident that there were no last minute mistakes in the deal when we entered the finance office. I would definitely recommend friends to see Max. I have worked with Luis in the past and I always enjoy his light heartedness, while maintaining his professionalism. I know him to be a good family man, like myself. We always have a few laughs as we put a deal together. The experience of buying or leasing a vehicle at Pompano Honda is probably as good as it gets. More
