An absolutely wonderful experience working with Mark Alvarez and Paul (from finance) on the purchase of my 2025 Cayenne GTS. I live in LA and bought the vehicle sight unseen and traded in my 2020 Cayenne Turbo. The professionalism, attention to detail, and simply the genuine curtesy I was provided by these individuals, far and beyond the standard. I first reached out at 9:30am and we essentially had the deal done by 4:30pm that same day. Five days later, my car was being delivered to me in LA and my trade in was taken away on the flatbed that delivered my new Porsche. After driving 9hrs straight to deliver my car, Harold (the driver) was just as courteous and pleasant to chat and work with. I walked in to the dealership for a few minutes and started looking around and he was the first one to ask me if he could help me which I really really appreciated.I made three trips to the dealership over about a month span, had some phone calls, and texting and I really appreciate how Maurice was so genuine and kind. It takes me a long time to make a decision and I I never felt pressured and he had a lot of patience with me. 10/10 experience. They work on pricing with you to find something in your range. They even take the time to show you how to use the car. Looks like I’m hooked on the Porsche brand now all from this experience I had with this dealership plus you can never go wrong with a Porsche.
