BUYER BEWARE! As a Colonel in the United States Military I value Honesty, Integrity, and Commitment. Unfortunately, Dealing with Beachwood Porshe when there was a problem demonstrated none of those values. Bottom line upfront. When it came time to deliver my $90,000 Porshe Panamera to my home in CA as promised it didn’t happen until 4 days after my promise date. That was important and an upfront discussion because I was not going to be home to receive the car after that because I was going to be on military duty over the next several week out of state. I kept being reassured by Kyle daily, who without remorse lied to me on multiple occasions that it had been picked up by the transport company and was enroute. When the car didn’t show up and Kyle was conveniently off, I called the Sales Manager, Stephen D. to complain and vent my frustration about not receiving my car and I was leaving the next day for military duty. He basically was useless and said in so many words, we have your money so not much you can do and tried to place the blame on the shipper who they worked with for many years and actually picked up the car 2 days after I was told by Kyle it had left the store. Needless to say when you spend the money you spend on a Porshe you expect exceptional service, commitment to your word, and integrity in your business dealings. Hopefully this will be of value to others considering the purchase of a vehicle from this business and especially from out of state!
