I was able to set an appointment for 2 days after I accessed the website and at a time convenient for me. The service writer recognized me and greeted me as soon as I entered the drive through and made accessed the website and at a time convenient for me. I only had an oil change but they did go over all systems to conform my now somewhat aging 2009 Targa were in proper working order. Time in to out was just under 2 hours as promised. The waiting area was comfortable with a picture window view of the service department, the only thing missing were adequate snacks (I was probably a bit late for that). The cost of service was rather high however it is a Porsche dealership after all. More
