I recently purchased a Porsche from Bellevue Porsche. Overall, I would give Bellevue Porsche a solid A- on the experience. Sales, Sales Manager and Finance Manager were all excellent. Easy process, good communication and straight forward negotiation. The one place where they could have done better was vehicle delivery. When my car was delivered there was a tire pressure light on that was on two days before during my test drive and the tires were not inflated to spec per the door label. Additionally, there were some residual smears where they use either a dirty cloth or dirty solution to clean. When I spend this kind of money on a car, I expect it to be pristine and to spec on delivery. The service tech was able to quickly clear the light, and I did learn something watching him do it, but come on man. Smears cleaned up easily with a microfiber cloth at home but once again, come on man. Small issues that will soon be forgotten but this is here for feedback. Loving my new Porsche and definitely would recommend and use Bellevue Porsche again. More

Porsche Bellevue was an excellent car buying experience. I found a vehicle online I was interested in. From the moment I called to set up an appointment, they were gracious, friendly and competent. At no time did I feel sales pressure, closing arguments or a false sense of relationship. I arrived late in the evening They stayed to complete my purchase as I live over an hour away. I bought a Macan here 7 years ago. The salesman was nice and convincing. For the first time in my life, I purchased a brake service package besides a 4 year maintenance package. The Macan has been lightly used and has only a little over 30k miles so far. I didn’t think I needed my brake service until now. When I called the service department a few weeks back, I was told they didn’t have my brake service package record. It turned out that the brake service package was lumped together with the four year maintenance package and had already expired. However, I was told to check with the financial department to see if I did purchase a brake service package, giving me the impression that they would still honor it if I could confirm it. After many calls, I finally confirmed with the financial department that their records showed I did purchase the brake service package. With this confirmation, I called the service department again. The question this time was that did I ask the financial department if my package was still active/valid? If no they definitely could not do anything about it. Well, it was established at my first call that my brake service package was expired even though I didn’t realize it. I didn’t understand why they would put me through all the hassle of being bounced around the departments and eventually told me they didn’t care a bit of how I felt. With this experience, I have some advice for any potential buyers: Try to stay away from this dealership, especially for non-savvy buyers like me; If you buy here, try buy as few service packages as possible to avoid falling into any traps; Set your expectation right and don’t expect they care about how you feel. More
