I ran into an issue with my Porsche Macan. It had a fuel leak and an oil leak. Both leaks ended up being pretty serious repairs. The tech who worked on my car and the service department were communicative, kind, and professional. I would like to extend my gratitude to Anastasia Morozov, Jordan Franklin, Simon Pope, Jamie Johannessen, & Jordan Franklin. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure that my Macan was up to CPO spec. I am thankful for the outcome and that I brought my Macan Turbo to them. I would have appreciated a hand wash at the end of the repair and a shorter repair time (as just the interior was cleaned) but I felt that I was very well taken care of given the severity of the problem and the circumstances. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealer. More
