I didnt get the service I want. As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time and $300(tax included) on diagnostic fee. I also dont understand that why these bulbs are not covered by warrenty. Clearly it is not like tires, it should not be broken often. The most important thing I want to mention is that during my recent inspection in Porsche Bellevue, my car was suggested to replace the front brakes which will cost me $1500. But after that I took it to another dealer, I was told the brakes can still last for 6000-10000 miles for no problem. So clearly they were trying to sell something unnecessary to me. I have no problem to my Service Advisor, he was gentle and polite and answered all my questions, but I think the process or policy is broken. More

Buying a car 1300 miles away from being able to see it, touch it, DRIVE IT can be a daunting task. I found what I wanted, though, at Porsche Bellevue and was ready to take the risk via the telephone, email and photos. I must tell you that it took a 1300-mile drive from Colorado with a good friend talking me down from the ledge, to help calm my anxieties and build my excitement. I had an appointment for when the dealership opened and we drove the last 200 miles and got there on time. All of the personnel at Porsche Bellevue were welcoming and helpful, as eager as I was to complete my purchase of a pre-owned BMW Z4 M40i. In all, a really great experience.
