I have an extended warranty on a 2010 Porsche Panamera. My reason for visiting Bellevue Porsche involved addressing a number of different issues that I noted, including a PDK transmission that was slippin My reason for visiting Bellevue Porsche involved addressing a number of different issues that I noted, including a PDK transmission that was slipping. My vehicle was getting a thorough inspection, noticing several items that needed to be addressed, among them, leaking head gaskets and oil pan gasket, miscellaneous Porsche recall items and, initially, service of the transmission. Servicing the transmission did not resolve the slipping issue and, with approval of the warranty company All gasket repairs and transmission replacement was accomplished. My communication with Jordan and Nicole was very easy, via phone or text messages. Giving consideration to the amount of work that was accomplished, the work was completed in an expedient manner, noting that the warranty company needed to inspect the work that was recommended. Upon picking up the vehicle, Jordan took extraordinary efforts in discussing the work involved as well as various other options that I had questions on. When I pick the car up there was no sign of mechanical work being done in the form of greasy handprints and items left in the car as a result of the work. In fact, the car was thoroughly cleaned out, inside and out and almost felt new again. I appreciate Bellevue Porsche for their time and being very professional regarding my vehicle. More

It was difficult at first to get in via phone, but once you’re “in” you have a dedicated service advisor whom you can text anytime. Mine is Anastasia and she is wonderful. I recently had a challenging warranty issue with my 1-year-old Taycan 4S and Jamie Johannessen, the service manager stepped in to make sure things moved as expeditiously as possible. I am SO grateful for his personal attention. I HIGHLY recommend the Porsche of Bellevue Service Department. More

At first, they weren’t able to confirm/replicate the same issues I brought the car in for, which was a little upsetting. The transition to Auto Nation resulted in a noticeable degradation of service levels, especially when trying to set appointments on the web or over the phone. But over the past year I've noticed that the level of service at the front end has really come up a notch. Nicole has consistently been a terrific service advisor: professional, attentive, friendly and communicative. BUT, it still takes an astonishingly long time to get my car through a service appointment. They had my car for 11 DAYS last visit, and 9 days before that. They don't seem organized back there, and never get work started on the day I drop it off. Similarly, the car is often not ready when I come pick it up, causing me to have to wait for 30-40 minutes at the dealership to get my car back. More
