I made an appointment for annual service on my Cayman. At the time, I requested to drop off my car on the afternoon the day before my appointment and asked for a service loaner. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was informed there was no loaner available and they did not know when one would become available. I was told someone would call me when a loaner was available. I left. A couple of hours later I was notified a loaner was available and I returned. The rest of the appointment continued without issue. Not having a pre-arranged loaner available when reserved was inconvenient and poor service. This is not the experience that should happen at a dealership that aspires to achieve superior service. Not indicative of the Porsche brand. More

Even with the delays beyond their control they kept me updated and involved to keep the new car process fun and exciting. Professional, clean facility. Clearly explained the service performed. Initially was quoted two different costs for the service…$2400…the other 4700…of course the higher cost wa Clearly explained the service performed.
