We have a Porsche dealer 10 minutes from our house, but we choose to drive 400 miles round trip for the excellent customer service at Porsche Bellevue. Our Boxster performed as expected on the 200 mile drive home. More

Everything went smoothly from making the appointment to pickings up my vehicle. I had 2 new tires installed and the technician forgot to reset the tire pressure monitors. FIrst, we brought our car at our appointed time - fairly early AM - and they told us they wouldn't even look at it until the next day AND no loaner was available. Why didn't they just have us bring the car the next day? Next, we specified a phone number for communications and they repeatedly communicated with the wrong contact info for the entire service, (even when reminded) forcing my wife to relay communications to me. The service rep blamed "the system." Finally, they said they needed to perform 3 hour "parking brake pad adjustment" service ($1K!) before they could diagnose the fault - in spite of the fact there seem to be many reports of faulty control modules for my issue. Felt like they were trying to offset the cost of some of the warrantee work they were going to have to do. More
